Deoband is a small town with big history, it an example of hindu muslim brotherhoodness, center of Islamic studies and sanskrit. Famous Islamic university, Darul ulom Deoband is situated in Deoband. this organization was actively participated in independence movement against English empire. Bala sundary Devi sidh peeth is also situated here in deoband.
